Ending 2025 with Gratitude

Our third Aeroplanned Christmas as a team.

As our third Aeroplanned Christmas as a team comes around, it feels like a good time to get a little sentimental and take a breather.

We're finishing the year working with some of the best (and biggest) flight schools in the world, across 15 countries, and with our first airline customer now using Aeroplanned to help plan and deliver their cadet program. That still feels pretty special to write.

This year we've gained a huge amount of insight into who we're really here to help, where Aeroplanned is the right fit, and how we can deliver the most value. It feels like a really good place to finish the year — especially with 2026 shaping up to be one where the growth only accelerates: more partnerships, more opportunities, and more industry-leading solutions to get out there.

It's also been such an awesome few years watching what our mighty little team can do. Moving quickly, working efficiently, and building software that many customers have told us is the 'nicest they work with' has been incredibly rewarding. But it's also time to bring in some very talented people to start scaling what we've built.

We're so lucky to have Raphaël Pellissier supporting us on the business development side, bringing a huge amount of industry experience from his many years at Airbus — and somehow also fitting in being a flight instructor in his spare time. And we're excited to have Sam Matthews joining us in the new year as a senior developer: hugely talented, already well-versed in working with Will, and ready to take flight with the terrible aviation puns.

On the product side, we've released so many things this year, and we'll have more of our 2025 favorites to share soon.
